THE FOLLOWING “HAVEN MOTHER’S DAY GIVEAWAY” IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE UNITED STATES AND WILL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO US LAW. DO NOT PROCEED IN THIS “HAVEN CONFERENCE (“HAVEN”) MOTHER’S DAY GIVEAWAY” UNLESS YOU ARE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF, AND LOCATED IN, THE UNITED STATES. THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, FACEBOOK, PINTEREST®, INSTAGRAM, TWITTER OR TIKTOK.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS HAVEN MOTHER’S DAY GIVEAWAY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, or older at time of entry. This “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway” is void where prohibited. By participating you agree to these Official Rules.

2. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter for a chance to win beginning at 12:00 a.m. EST Friday, May 12, 2023, through 11:59 p.m. EST Sunday, May 14, 2023 (“Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway” Period) by going to the “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway” post on Haven’s Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/havenconference/) and following the directions to enter. 

You can also gain bonus entries by referring a friend and sharing the giveaway via your social networks including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.  

Entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor’s computer (the official “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway” time keeping device) by 11:59:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, May 14, 2023. Sponsor’s clock shall be the official clock of the Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway”. When registering, you will be required to tag three (3) friends on the giveaway post.  Any error or omission in the tag information will void the entry.

3. PRIZE DETAILS/ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded (1) One Haven Creator Badge, (2) Two nights stay at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Buckhead, Atlanta and (1) one 30 oz Stanley Cup in Rose Quartz. The total value of the “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway Prize is approximately $1,200 USD. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway” Period. One prize will be awarded for this “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway”.

Any additional costs and expenses not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made. If a potential winner cannot accept the prize as stated, the respective prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. Alternate winner will be selected via random drawing from all remaining eligible entries after 2 business days. 

4. DRAWING: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Monday, May 15, 2023, from all eligible daily entries received. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner by Instagram direct message approximately 1 day after drawing by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway”. The prizewinner will be contacted via the information provided when entering the “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway”. 

5. USE OF INFORMATION: By entering this “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway”, participants agree and consent that any information provided upon entering may be used by Sponsor in accordance with its privacy policy. For more details on how your information may be used, see our terms of use/privacy policy at Havenconference.com. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Meta, parent company of Facebook and Instagram.
   
   6. DISCLAIMER: BY ENTERING, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND “HAVEN MOTHER’S DAY GIVEAWAY” AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS ARE INDEMNIFIED, RELEASED AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY PARTICIPANTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSON(S), INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF A PRIZE OR HIS/HER PARTICIPATION IN THIS “HAVEN MOTHER’S DAY GIVEAWAY” OR ANY “HAVEN MOTHER’S DAY GIVEAWAY” -RELATED OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. 

BY ENTERING, YOU COMPLETELY RELEASE FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, PINTEREST®, TWITTER AND TIKTOK FROM ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY. 

7. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: THE SPONSOR AND ITS AGENCIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, LATE, ILLEGIBLE, MISDIRECTED OR DAMAGED ENTRIES. ENTRIES VOID IF OBTAINED OUTSIDE AUTHORIZED, LEGITIMATE CHANNELS OR OTHERWISE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPUTER VIRUS OR DAMAGE CAUSED TO PARTICIPANT’S COMPUTER BY ACCESSING “HAVEN MOTHER’S DAY GIVEAWAY” WEB SITE. SPONSOR NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TELEPHONE, COMPUTER, PRINTER, OR NETWORK MALFUNCTION ERROR. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE “HAVEN MOTHER’S DAY GIVEAWAY “IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
   
   8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
   
   If Sponsor cannot run this“Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway” as planned due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway”, then Sponsor may terminate the “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway” early. In that event, Sponsor will post notice of such termination on Instagram and will select the potential Winner via a random drawing from all eligible entries. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded, provided enough eligible entries are received, but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than are provided for in these Official Rules.
   
   By entering, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway”, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the States of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Participants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway”, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in court in Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway”, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damage, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Sponsor reserves the right to revise or amend this Official Rules at any time. 

9. PRIVACY: When you enter on Instagram, in addition to the information required to be supplied to enter the “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway”, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails and reminders for promotions and information about Sponsor. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway” and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these emails, the use of such emails shall be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is available on Sponsor’s website. 
10. WINNERS LIST: To obtain the name of the winners (available after May 20, 2023), send a direct message titled: “Haven Mother’s Day Giveaway” Winners List, to Haven’s contact us page on the website https://havenconference.com/contact/. Requests for Winners’ lists must be received no later than three months after the end of the Giveaway Period.
