We understand that plans can change, but unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for HAVEN conference tickets. However, we do allow ticket transfers to a different year or to another attendee for a processing fee of $50. If you find that you're unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else or to a future year's conference by contacting us directly. This transfer option allows you to ensure that your ticket investment isn't lost if you can't make it this year. Please note that all transfer requests must be made in advance of the conference. Once the conference has started, transfers will not be possible.
